As Design Director, I led design efforts for client branded studio projects, creative agency campaigns and TV streaming content. Rebuilt the Art department, mentored internal and freelance design teams and expanded the department's capabilities and creative service offering.
This streamlined approach expanded production capabilities, reduced costs, improved efficiency, while also garnering industry wide recognition with a Shorty and Webby award, and an Emmy nomination.
